I can almost guarantee you that this post is not without controversy over time, because people come to read the title and then make their own conclusions by reading what I’m about to say. But today, I’ll tell you how I came up with an idea of
how alcohol can actually help you lose fat, so I’ll tell you something that you must think when you look fat programs loss.
Ok, so here’s my theory of how we can help you lose fat: From now on every time you drink alcohol (or any other drink for that matter), I want you to focus the taste of it. Do you think drink alcohol slides down the throat. Taste the mixture of hops, barley, wheat, sugar and / or any fruit that may be involved (depending on type of alcohol consumed).
I want you to do this every single SIP, every sip of alcohol you have in the coming months. By the end of some months, a palette (ie, your taste buds) will be a super-sensitive. I assure you that you’re going to start to taste the delicate flavors of the foods you’ve never tasted before, and the food will start full-flavored taste.
But what’s that got to do with weight loss? Well, it’s simple, really. In the current … people want strong, heavy burst of flavor when you eat food. They have food when they bite into it, they are almost full to bursting with the taste of joy, it is off. And guess what? For most of these types of foods bad for you (or if they are healthy for you, they are usually high in calories)! Let me give you some examples …
People prefer to drink soda or water? A good big juicy steak, beef fat or thin plate like steak? Some pieces of celery, carrots, etc … sandwich or a bag of chips?
My point is this: people eat well, because – and this is at least what people think that I tend to disagree with – mostly bad food taste better. They have more flavor, but more calories. But if you teach them to taste the subtle flavors, even if you teach him to do so via alcohol … eventually begin to taste the subtle flavors of healthy food – this will help you lose weight!
OK, now it’s the end of my little theory – let me tell you the real reason I wrote this article …
I do not know if I just believe it or not, but if you do not trust me, I could reach an absurd story. All I did was just to create some confusion in your mind that you must read so far. And if you really try to convince you I’m sure I could have done a better job.
In this article, I just wanted to point out that the ability of “experts” do this with many different “theories” they have. It’s something I talk a lot.
The fact that something makes sense, does not mean it really is! Let me give you an excellent example: Eating six meals a day increases your metabolism … No? FALSE! The theory, which could give a good (and I’m sure you’ve heard the famous “log fire” explanation), but in reality, there is literally no evidence to support it. Moreover, in reality there is much evidence to show that it is absolutely 100% wrong!
So please understand that just because someone says something in a way that makes sense … is very easy to put two things that really should not go together and make noise combinations. I saw you on the way I showed you how alcohol can make you lose weight, but the truth, but “could” be a possibility, it was just a joke. I do not mean it to say that I think that alcohol may cause you to lose weight – of course!
From now on every time someone tells you something, you take it with a grain of salt. Understand that you are probably trying to sell something and if they are willing to support the investigation … one might think of them simply flip the bird and walk away with a big smile on his face.

A big problem I see when it comes to people trying to lose weight is that they are listening to people not to listen. Believe me, many people, even some fitness experts, who try to “prove” that their system is better there.
They’re trying to say that their system is the only system that works and that other programs do not do a good job is to help you lose weight. I totally agree. You see, the only way you are going to lose weight is if you are a calorie deficit. In short, if you burn more calories than you eat (or drink), you’re going to lose weight. This method simply does not matter.
I recently read a study where they put a group of people a year, a different diet. This included the low-carb, high-carbohydrate, protein, low fat, and all the other combinations you can think of. And guess what? The results showed that the method of losing weight does not matter – it all came down to simply take the calorie deficit and actually be able to take the program.
It’s a bit extreme, but you literally could eat cheesecake all day and lose weight. As long as you burn more calories than you eat cheese that comes out. So I said, how do you choose the fat-loss program for at that time?
I think it all comes down to how easy it is for you to stick with. If you follow a diet that is too limiting now, do you count calories, do you eat 6 meals a day, and all that other nonsense (for the record, I believe in calorie counting and knowing that it works great, it’s just that most people are not as dedicated to losing weight and will not actually do), you’re probably going to fail.
Is this a good diet for people who participate in contests that are so incredibly crazy about their appearance they prefer to limit rather than being able to eat certain foods they love? Of course. But for the vast majority of people who just want to lose weight and look good, but does not care to have all the muscles in your body show, I think it’s just too hard to stick with.
